Honolulu, Hawaii, May 2, 2019) – The Hawaii Medical Assurance Association (HMAA) today announced it has partnered with the Hawaii Restaurant Association (HRA) to be HRA’s exclusive PPO Association Health Plan offering.
In making today’s partnership announcement, HMAA’s Executive Chairman John Henry Felix said, “We are delighted to bring to HRA’s members extensive health and wellness benefits and savings normally associated with large corporate health plans.” Adding, “HMAA offers the richest health plan in the market with the lowest out-of-pocket cost. That means our members get more for less.”
HMAA has one of the largest networks of health care providers in Hawaii, as well as an extensive Mainland provider network through Cigna. HMAA health plans cover traditional medical care, plus comprehensive alternative care including chiropractic, naturopathic, and acupuncture.
